As a Latin person, I was met with extreme rudeness and disrespect by an elderly woman working at the store. Instead of offering assistance or taking responsibility for their mistake, she treated me like trash. The level of unprofessionalism and discrimination I encountered is simply unacceptable. When I approached her regarding the missing package, she had the audacity to instruct me to come inside and search for it myself in their system. This is an unreasonable expectation, as customers should not be burdened with resolving issues caused by the store's negligence. Additionally, when I requested a claim form, which is required by law for such situations, she blatantly refused and went as far as calling mall security on me. I am deeply disappointed and shocked by this entire encounter. It is disheartening to witness such racist behavior and to be subjected to such mistreatment in a supposedly progressive society. This incident has left me feeling humiliated and disrespected as a customer. I strongly advise others to reconsider patronizing Primera. The complete lack of professionalism, the loss of my package, and the racist treatment I experienced are clear indications of their disregard for customer satisfaction and basic human decency.
